Thirty Six Zorra Condos is a new condo project by Altree Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Thirty Six Zorra architect is designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects. The new project will be located at 36 Zorra Street in Etobicoke. The major intersection is The Queensway & Kipling Avenue.

Thirty Six Zorra Condos will be 36 storey tower rising on a u-shaped 7 storey podium with 460 mixed units. Units will be a mix of 28 studios, 190 one bedroom, 198 two bedroom and 44 three bedrooms. The estimated completion date for Thirty Six Zorra Condos is still unknown.

Thirty Six Zorra Condos will feature 19,805 square feet of indoor amenity space and outdoor amenity space. The building will also include a full floor of amenities on the 7th floor and a rooftop terrace.
